Cool nights, warm bath

This simple recipe uses ginger and marjoram — herbs that have been traditionally used to support digestive health — to promote relaxation and restorative rest. These herbs will help you relax on cool, winter evenings.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp dried marjoram

  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, finely grated

Bring 2 cups of water to a boil.  While you’re waiting, finely grate fresh ginger into a small bowl. Add marjoram and mix with your hands until the marjoram is completely integrated.

Add herbal mix to the boiling water, cover and remove from heat.  Allow herbs to steep for at least 30 minutes.  Strain and add to warm bath water.
