Herbal Foot Soak

Herbal foot soaks are a great way to relax after a long day of standing. Just grab some fresh herbs that you have on hand, put some relaxing music on and let yourself unwind.

Ingredients:

  • 2 ounces of mixed fresh herbs (peppermint, rosemary, chamomile, rose are recommended)

  • 1 tbsp. Epsom salt

  • 4 cups of boiling water

Roughly chop the herbs.  Place in a bowl and pour in the boiling water.  Let this steep, covered, for one hour and then drain.

Pour the water into a tub or flat-bottomed bowl that is large enough to hold both feet and additional warm water to heat it up.  Stir in the Epsom salts.  Soak your feet for 15 to 20 minutes.
