Sometimes, you just need a bit of something for that home spa feel. Something that helps relieve the stress that comes from the daily grind and helps you feel alive.
This massage oil is great for helping sore muscles relax. I recommend using a scent-neutral carrier oil like jojoba as it’s quickly absorbed into the skin and without that greasy feeling. But, you should absolutely experiment. Oils like sweet almond, cold-pressed coconut, olive, sunflower and grapeseed oil will provide a slightly different scent and are worth trying.
Ingredients:
4 drops clary sage essential oil
3 drops anise essential oil
3 drops lemon essential oil
Add the essential oils to a glass jar and gently swirl with a spoon to mix. Then, add the carrier oil of your choice and mix again.
Store in a dark cabinet and avoid direct sunlight as this will degrade the scent.
