Restorative Bath

Looking for something aromatic that encourages you to take time for yourself? This blend will help you relax into a quiet evening and recuperate after a long, busy day.

Ingredients:

  • 1 part lavender

  • 1 part rose petals

  • 1 part German chamomile

  • 1 cinnamon stick

  • Lavender essential oil

  • Rose absolute essential oil

  • Cheesecloth

Place lavender, rose petals and chamomile into a small bowl and thoroughly mix with your hands. Bring the bowl close to smell the mixture and add a few drops of lavender and rose absolute essential oils to round out the scent.

Cut a length of cheesecloth about 10-inches long. Place the herbal mixture in the middle and add the cinnamon stick. Gather the packet up and pinch off the open end with a clothespin or rubber band. Place in warm bath water.
